Hong Lang
Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant, bdp Frankfurt

Mrs. Hong Lang has lived in Germany for almost 14 years and has more than ten years of professional experience in capital markets and management consulting. She began her professional career at Deutsche Börse, advising Chinese companies on their listing, and was responsible for investor relations in a Chinese company listed on Deutsche Börse.

Mrs. Hong Lang has been working as a Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant at bdp since 2016 and is responsible for investments and financing of Chinese companies in Germany. She has successfully supported a number of Chinese companies with formation, listing, and M&A transactions in Germany. She works closely with the Sino-German team to provide comprehensive advice on finance, tax, auditing, and due diligence.

Her university education included a Bachelor of Economics focusing on Finance & Banking at Zhejiang University in China and a Master of Science in International Economics & Finance focusing on finance, economics, and econometrics.

As CEO of the bdp group, Dr. Michael Bormann has over 30 years of experience in tax planning and optimization, financial advice, bank negotiations, and interim management positions in the machine and automotive industries. In 2013 he founded the bdp China Desk, which supports German clients in setting up a company in China and offers professional advice in the areas of financial accounting, auditing, tax and law, financing, and M&A.
